EMPLOYEE RETENTION

The Employee Retention Program (RPM) is designed to empower and support employees through regularly scheduled Empowerment Sessions. These sessions, which last 15 to 20 minutes, allow employees to openly discuss any issues or concerns they may have without the restrictions of Human Resources policies. These sessions are designed to be one-on-one sessions to provide employees a more personalized approach. The goal of the program is to create a supportive and open environment where employees feel heard, valued, and motivated to stay with the company.

The above chart shows data collected from three Huntsville businesses demonstrating consistent month-to-month growth across ten key areas related to employee satisfaction. These surveys were collected from 150 employees across these local businesses starting May 2023. Notably, significant improvements are observed in the areas of communication by the company to employees and the community/team environment.
